Bengal Tigers are surprisingly absent from European collections. But some hybrid Tigers (including the white ones) have surely "Bengal" blood.
I add that these Tigers are common in Indian zoos and probably in the zoos of other Asian countries.

I haven't seen any Bobcat, Canadian Lynx, Coyote, Asian Wild Dog, Gelada, Roan Antelope and probably Cape Buffalo (maybe one time in my childhood, but I'm not sure).

The only two of those I've ever seen are the gelada and Canadian lynx. I didn't realise there even was such a thing as an Asian wild dog, I'll look into that.
I thought of another species I've never seen since my last post: most crocodilians. The only crocodilian I distinctly remember seeing in a zoo is the West African dwarf crocodile at Edinburgh Zoo, back when they had a reptile house, but I've never seen any of the more popular, mainstream crocodilians like American alligators or Nile or saltwater crocodiles.

Coyote is very uncommon in Europe, Canadian lynx and Bobcat are both only really held at two large zoos each.

Yes the notion of common or rare species in zoos is relative.
Australians have a lot of marsupials, platypus and other wildlife inexistent in Europe, but they have very few (if any) Flamingos, as it was discussed in another topic.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen Gelada.

A good few European Zoos have geladas, but it's not something you see everywhere. Going by ZooTierList, there are 9 zoos in France that have them, 8 in the UK, 4 in Germany, 2 in Hungary, 2 in Czech Republic, and 1 each in Austria, Netherlands, Latvia and Switzerland.

Yep I missed them - and also in more zoos that supposedly held them while I was visiting.
In Pairi Daiza I also missed raccoon dogs, a supercommon animal that I "almost" miss (I only saw it once, when child (2003) and before having a camera, in a little "roadside" zoo in Tenerife)
Another relatively common zoo animal that I miss is Nubian ibex - saw their enclosure at Bronx zoo, but after a repentine extremely heavy rain that obligated all the animals to hid and not far from the closure time.
That is so strange. Bobcats are one of the most commonly kept species in the USA, over 300 facilities have them, not including those in private hands/pets. Can they not be imported? Or is it just lack of interest because of all the lynx ssp in Europe?
I’m not sure how common these are, but I have yet to see a Pygmy Slow Loris.
They are kept in a fair few small collections but Eurasian lynx are far more widespread for sure, which seems logical given the greater obtainability.
I haven't seen one of those either. I also have yet to see a Sumatran tiger.
Gorillas (specifically Western Lowland Gorillas) are extremely common zoo animals.

I've just realised technically I have seem them at longleat in 2019 but it didn't really come to mind as it was from the boat but I completely agree I just haven't seen gorillas that frequently as I have gone to: Colchester zoo, Linton zoo, Shepreth Wildlife Park, Jimmys farm and wildlife park, Chester zoo, Banham zoo, Whipsnade zoo, Longleat Safari Park, Woburn Safari Park, Mulhouse zoo in France and one other in France (neither me or my mum remember the name). Also maybe others in England but that is all I remember right now.
