What is your favourite subspecies/race of a particular animal?

Not described as a subspecies, but a regional form long-recognised as distinct by aquarists - the Australian form of the Harlequin Tuskfish (Choerodon fasciatus) would have to be my favourite. I wouldn't be surprised if this does in fact represent a different subspecies than the Asian form - the species has an antitropical distribution, occurring in two discrete ranges, with the fish from the Northern and Southern hemispheres differing slightly in colouration. However, I have not been able to find any papers investigating the population structure and genetic variation of this species, so I do not know if these forms warrant subspecies recognition, or simply represent variation of a single taxon.
