You might want to take the skyfari to the other end of the zoo in the morning to catch the polar bears when they are most active.

The Skyfari will be closed for renovations for a couple of months. When it does start operating again it doesn't open until 10:00 am. The quickest way to get to the other side of the zoo would be to walk straight down Treetops Way and take the bridge over the canyon. Polar bears would be on the left and Elephant Odessey to the right after crossing the bridge.
