So it was already mentioned but the San Diego Zoo Safari Park has a great collection but they also probably have one of the best exhibits being their large entrance lagoon.

I just visited Wildwood Wildlife Park for the first time, and they may very well have North America's largest waterfowl collection, with an impressive 42 species.
