Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden What's Gnu At The Cincinnati Zoo? - 2013

Sumatran Rhino.

Its now several months since they made the announcement about mating the two sibling rhinos together. They also stated at that time that they would wait a couple of months more before committing to that course of action, in case the Bornean male 'Kertam' would later become available. That time has over-run now.Have there been any developments or further announcements?

Updates:
Reptile House:
-The Dumeril's Ground Boa and the Green Tree Pythons switched places while the baby pythons took over the Nelson's Milksnake exhibit, so the babies are above the parents.

World of the Insect:
-A Flat Rock Scorpion (new species) replaced the Desert Hairy Scorpion.
-The Emperor Tamarins were taken off exhibit

Wings of the World:
-The Guam Kingfisher was already taken off exhibit after about 4 weeks.

-The Guam Kingfisher will be put in the emperor tamarin exhibit in World of the Insect. However nothing has replaced the bird.
-In the summer I thought I saw two unidentified birds in the Australia atrium. I saw both of them tonight and one is a Goldies Lorikeet, and the other is a Bourkes Parakeet.
