I would be interested to learn what exactly peoples user names mean??

As l dont think they are all that clear?

I am involved with the running of a programme for teanagers at the adelaide zoo called Zoo Youth, Hence the name ZooYouthBen

I call myself Ara after the macaws (genus Ara) because I'm large, loud, beaky, intelligent (I hope) and I nip people I don't like!

I think mine is the most obvious ever.

ahaha ok mine is used to represent:

Dragon- to represent my TB roots.
ele- my love for elephants
nerd- if your gonna compliment yourself I think you should always have a good and bad side to it. What is a nerd sterotypical for?? intelligence but also bad social status.

mine is two things:

-the first and last letters are my initials
-and "stickman" was my first nickname

Mine is a shortening of my full name.

JWR are my initials, the E slipped in because people tried to pronounce it... for some weird reason i kept it...

Mine is kinda obvious in meaning! I chose it beacause I named one of Auckland Zoo's Sumatran Tiger cubs, Jalur

Toddy was the name of my pet hamster. My name cannot be pronunced in english, so I just call myself Toddy

Mine is a play on arachnid cos I'm a bit of a spider geek.

mine is the name of one of my hawks, went through several to find one not used!!

Mine, djaeon, is a combination of DJ Aeon. I used to DJ at nightclubs, so I just decided to use my DJ name as my online name as well.

"CZ" stands for my my favourite zoo (Chester Zoo) then "Jimmy" should be pretty obvious...

'Marwell' for my local and favourite zoo of course, 'Dalek' for my fandom of the TV show Doctor Who.

[Leptonyx]

Leopard seals (Hydrurga leptonyx) are my latest obsession, I fell in love with them after watching a documentary (they just fascinated me to no end!). Hydrurga just sounded weird...so I went with Leptonyx instead
