As the title suggests after Corvid-19 passes by us (hopefully we will all still be around), I was wondering were will be the first collection you will visit.
After having to cancelled my trip to Germany for a year (hotels rebooked) I will be visiting Birdland Park and Gardens with Cotswold Birds of Prey same day.
So come on were will you go.

Why not postpone your trip to later this year?

Chances are I will be visiting a random Indonesian zoo. Possibly Siantar.

Paignton first, then L Coasts, then Exmoor before a trip to Hamerton (this will be my first) then Longleat.
I really want to book onto a private tour of the Leopard & Goat farm collection in Cornwall or go to one of their banquets, but I can’t seem to find the right link? Anyone know how to do it?

Bird Gardens Scotland, then Edinburgh, then (hopefully) Jersey as I have a placement there in June/July. If not, I'm planning a trip to Berlin

It will definitely be my local zoo Banham to see familiar friends, then Hamerton to see all the new additions.

Went to Hamerton in November 2019, awful weather, but went specifically to see the Tiger Quoll, The Dingoes, and the other rarities. The possoms failed to make an appearence so will have to make a return trip. Very interesting little zoo for unusual species.

I think that's a rather silly question, so I'll give a very silly answer: the first one that reopens within about 100 miles of my home :D

Hopefully Birmingham as I'm yet to visit this year. In fact my first visit of the year was pencilled in for yesterday, with @ShonenJake13 and some others but alas, it wasn't destined to be. Also got plans for Blackpool and Hamerton once they reopen, maybe Bristol, Wild Place, and Noah's at some point as well.

Likely to be Wild Place or Bristol. I also have to visit Noah's Ark as I owe them £18, they let me in with an IOU after their card payment system when down due to a nearby lightening strike.

Without question, ZSL London, its so very close to my heart. Was lucky enough to visit just few short weeks before everything got shut down. Linton and Shepreth are also quite close, so hopefully can visit them soon after places start opening up again.

Entirely depends when and how that fits in with trips we already had planned but probably won't get to take (already cancelled a planned trip to Rotterdam last week). Assuming none of them can go ahead then Wingham is high on the list for their baby bear and Hamerton for lots of reasons.

Had to cancel a few trips because of this sadly - the Birmingham one as Brum mentioned, but also a trip with a Dutch friend to go to Bristol, Howletts, Twycross and Chester.

The second iteration of the Dutch zoo tour with @Nisha and @MagpieGoose is also up in the air at the moment....we’ll have to see if it ends up happening this year or not. We are planning to review the situation at the beginning of June and if it’s unlikely to be possible we’ll pull the plug.
