Good sleuthing!I've done some digging and there is only one facility that I can find that matches the fact it already had Sichuan Takin at the time. A place called Sunshine Zoological Perserve, which appears to be fully private and lacks even a website or social media. This is the only place in FL showing takin on a USDA report for the last half decade.
I found information that they hold or held events and they did have a website at www.sunshinezoological.com but it is not active any longer.

The USDA report shows that address and the below animals as of September 2023, so pretty recent.
