You may find this strange but I only visit Zoos nowadays comparatively rarely. Also I live nowhere near Chester where many of these gatherings occur.:)
 
Only counting people I know for a fact I've met - I undoubtedly met more people at the recent walk and talk, but if I didn't know their username I won't count them. Also not counting users I've seen around but never spoken to.

I think he's black-listed, he's certainly not been to any of the events I've organised. :p

As for the original question, I'm not sure of the exact number, but it's somewhere in the region of 70 or 80.

I also met

Blackduiker, Mstickmanp, and David Brown at the Los Angeles Zoo

I wonder if i have ever seen Duckbill or Perceptron somewhere in real life but just not have realized it since they live Orange County,CA just like i do

Like i said, i hope to meet others, I work as a volunteer animal keeper at the Los Angeles Zoo and i also work at the Santa Ana Zoo in the education department, so if any of you want to meet me at one of those zoos or perhaps another zoo in southern california, send me a private message and let me know. Maybe we can arrange something.
 
I've never met any ZooChattians (patten denied) but I assume I'll eventually run into Anaheim Zoo (probably at the Bronx Zoo) and BeardsleyZooFan (guess where) just because we're all from Ct.
 
Just discovered this thread. I have been missed off zoogiraffe's list. We have met at both Sewerby and Chester. I have also met:-

Hyak2
Tim Brown
Zoospud
Robmv

I presume two other people I have met at Sewerby or Flamingo Land will be members, but I do not know their user names. Two Sewerby keepers are saying they will join so that would add two more to my list - I'll mention it to them at the weekend.
