Who should be the villans for the next spiderman movies?

Hey cat-man, did you get this idea of the recently made cartoon?
I personally think Carnage would be a good choice for the next movie, my little told me that he is made of the remaining symbiote I believe and it becomes red for reason... corrrect me if I'm wrong,

oh no sorry I correct myself the spetacular spider-man is the newest one over here, it shows on a channel known as Nickelodeon

After a little research I think that Hobgoblin would be a good choice, after the death of Harry,
 
I'd really like for them to do the lizard in the fourth- I felt really bad for him in the cartoon episodes- and I'd like a break from the Harry/venom theme at least for a little while :) Wasn't doc ock already done in the second movie? Or does he come back later on?
 
just found out their will be no 4th film in the series, but they will be making a new series of movies
