Colchester Zoo Why is the bull enclosure off-show?

I remember years ago you used to be able to walk past both elephant outdoor paddocks at Colchester Zoo, but now you can only look past the one. This means you can never really see the bull, Tembo, outdoors. Does anyone know why they made this paddock off-show?

The enclosure is still on view you just have to go into the umphafa reserve activity area.

Are you sure? As when I went at the weekend there appeared to be a big tent blocking the path leading round to the bull enclosure & I don't remember seeing anyone round there either?
