all these species are ones commonly available overseas.

Lets hope some of them make there way into some zoo exhibits :)

I think firebellied toads are really cool .
 
They will all be destroyed humanely.

And I also hope there will be a custodial sentence, but there will probably only be a small fine of less than $10,000.

Okay, so wikipedia taught me wrong and freshwater sharks do actually exist, but are they likely to be caught at animal dealers in Australia? Or are they referring to just another species of fish that resembles a shark...
 
there are freshwater sharks (true sharks) in the Ganges and the Kinabatangan river in Borneo, as well as the bull shark which regularly travels up rivers, but in this case they are referring to either Labeo/Epalzeorhynchus cyprinids (Google red-tail shark for instance) or Pangasius and related catfish, both of which are called sharks in the aquarium trade. I suspect they are the former as they are very common in the trade. Australia does not allow several commonplace aquarium fish into the country because of the risk of them establishing in the wild.
 
I do wish they wouldn't destroy them and let the zoos take them on instead.
