And some more:

Nice, comprehensive list. Congratulations on the Nuthatch and Red-headed Vulture. Did you see the latter in Bandipur? Here is a list of some of the birds we saw:
European Bee Eater
Common Starling
European Roller
Common Shelduck
Ruddy Shelduck
I’m quite puzzled by these species though - they are literally unreported from this region, especially at this time of year! Are you sure they aren’t similar species? Dollarbird is much more likely than European Roller, especially if you saw it in the Ghats.Indian Scimitar Babbler

oh, so your still in india? We saw the vultures at Kabini Lake (Nagarhole National Park).
The “European roller” was almost certainly an Indian roller but we thought the feathers were a lighter shade of blue - but that may have been due to camera settings.
The “European bee eater” was a chestnut headed bee eater.
The shelducks were just a mistake - I have no idea why I thought we saw them…. We certainly saw more than 2 species of duck though.
We definitely saw the Indian scimitar babbler - in Valparai. We have a good photo of that one. The nature guide told us that they were really rare there though.
Common starling could’ve been anything but I notice that the breeding adult and non breeding adult look quite different to one another.
Btw, we went to Mysuru Zoo today - it was really impressive!
