The zoo has received 2.2 Palawan palm civet (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus philippinensis).

That should please a certain mod, you know who you are:rolleyes:;)
 
Recently White-handed gibbon Gipsy died at an age of aprox. 50 years.
For the remaining 19 year old male Pucki now a new female has been obtained. From Tierpark Ulm the almost 5 year old Kairi arrived and hopefully everything will went well.
 
Inventory made at the start of 2017 : 275 animals in 61 species.
Youngest of the animals is a 2 month old DeBrazza monkey - one of the 10 primate-species at the park.
 
- Visayan spotted deer born
- Visayan warty pig - a male of this for the zoo new species was recieved from Bristol Zoo. 2 females are expected in the near future :).

Sadly Pucky passed away earlier this month, according to the zoo he was 36 years old. He was born in Gartencenter Vida in Bremen-Huchting on the 29th of March 1987.
