Would you visit this Zoo?

Hi fellow zoo chatters, long time lurker here (made an account just for this)

I have put together a proposal for a diurnal and nocturnal zoo within my local area (NSW) and determined a list of species/families that would be included, it is hopped that there would be around 15-20 native habitats (Some what standard thought the hope is been open at night would allow a collection to include a wider range of nocturnal animals that are rare in other establishments), one "Conservation Center style exhibit' (Reptile, amphibians, freshwater aquarium, small marsupials ect), a petting zoo and some exotics to round out the collection. Going over the import regulations I have determined the only source of exotic animals will come from Reptilia, carnivora, primate, perissodactyls and select rodents (also elephants and amphibians but they come with their own challenges).

Most of these are out of reach but it has been noted that the following can be purchased/obtained within Australia:

Alpacas, Lamas, Arabian Camel, Ostrich, Peacock, Guinea Fowl, Turkeys, American Bison, Water Buffalo, Asiatic Deer sp., European Deer sp.

Which would form the base of a hoof-stock collection with roving birds.

I have identified the expectations that a zoo would have the following (ontop of exhibits already established above):

A Big Cat Species or Species
A Dog or Bear sp. (Aware Bears are unlikely if not impossible)
A charismatic megafauna
African Savannah enclosure or Similar
Several (2-3) species of primate (monkeys)
Meerkats or Similar
Red Pandas or Similar

It is worth noting that the target land is large so a larger collection/enclosures that take up a high degree of space is not impossible.

It is unlikely to be near the coast so penguins and pinnipeds have not been included. Though would be a major draw card.

If the zoo had a big cat species, two primates a red panda and a meerkat habitat along with the native species, house exhibit and hoofstock I was wondering if a zoo had this collection where would you rank it amongst other collections within eastern NSW (and if you would visit =)). Please feel free to ask any questions as well I will answer what I can.

Where is the land/zoo located can you give an rough area ?

Would I visit, yes I visit most small places to check them out. I would especially visit if you had a good list of native species and were open into the evening/dark hours where one can go and see a lot of the native species up about without the use of needing a nocturnal house. That would be good.
