Your favorite nature photo

Well I will try a semi off-topic thread and see if there are any responses. Since many of us are enthusiastic photographers, how about providing a link to your all time favorite nature photo. I don't mean one you took yourself necessarily, I mean the best nature photo you have ever seen in your life. Mine is from Florida photographer John Moran, a very otherwordly night shot of a spring with fireflies. Just something so unbelievable about the lighting and with the glowing fireflies it is simply magical.

I have been thinking about this thread a lot. I can't get close to picking a favourite photo: I have books full of them and I can suggest dozens, but I certainly can't pick just one.
I can point out some criteria

• an interesting species (two or more is better)
• doing something interesting (got to be some action)
• a strong sense of the natural habitat and the time or season
• technically perfect (of course)
• and utterly beautiful

I'd love to take a photo that ticked all those boxes.
