Don't have guereza. San Diego doesn't have warthog or kudu, I don't think.
My guess list is down to 4 zoos for the mammals, finding info on non-mammals is harder to confirm.

They have angolan colobus. Also no warthog, kudu.

Afaik no warthog, poison frogs or guerezas.
Dallas zoo
No siamang or cotton top.
Only 2 zoos have the mammal combo, and I know for sure one doesn't have several of the others, so I'm going with Wildlife World Zoo.

Your right they only have lesser kudus, the tamarins were planned but had to be taken off exhibit, and I checked three sources (their site doesn't include everything) and they don't hold warthogs

They don't have greater kudu only Lesser, don't have warthog, don't have Siamang, and don't have cotton top tamarin
