Good news for the gorillas. The first group to show symptoms of covid are now appearing completely normal. They are testing individuals and groups every 3 days. It also appears none of the gorillas are in serious condition, given their senior citizen group that is reassuring.
They also announced they have received their first shipment of the vaccine and the zoo's lions, tigers, clouded leopards, and orangs are now all vaccinated. The gorillas will be done as they recover.

Atlanta has a single male Mumbles currently so I would assume Kiazi is here to breed with him. I also wouldn't be surprised if another female joins them in the near future as SWR usually breed better when in groups.
