Sugar Gliders have now taken up residence in "What's in a Name?" in the former fruit-bat enclosure. (Fruit bats have moved into former Giant Elephant Shrew enclosure, elephant-shrews have left the collection).

Auckland Zoo in New Zealand, has just received a one-year-old female serval, Shani, from Boise Zoo, but I don't think its one of the one's mentioned above, but rather the female kitten born last March mentioned in this article: BOISE: Baby season at Zoo Boise: Monkey, porcupine, skunks are new additions | Boise, Garden City, Mountain Home | Idahostatesman.com

The newborn monkey is not the zoo’s only baby this season, Littman said. A baby porcupine was born in April, and a female serval kitten was born in March.

In honor of the 100 year anniversary of Zoo Boise, the zoo has launched the Zoo with a New View Capital Campaign. Phase 1 of the Capital Campaign begins this year with new and renovated South American exhibits. The new South American Exhibits will feature:
Capybara - the world's largest rodent! (Think of a 100 pound guinea pig - awesome!) They'll be in a multi-species exhibit with the Patagonian cavies.
Renovated Magellanic penguin exhibit with a the addition of Inca terns (a bird that looks like it has a moustache!)
New exhibit for the zoo's coatis allowing for more climbing and playing.

Blue-grey tanager

capybaras are not fuzzy like cavies, they are usually scruffy with long hard hair. I have observed both captive and wild specimens in SA.
 
a bit out of a response out of the blue, but the links in post #56 (from June) use the words "fuzzy capybara" in their titles.
