The Pistoia redesigns are great additions. The hold an elderly female crew is it not?
What will happen to the old stalls ..., will they part with the hippo and giraffe (or rehouse them elsewhere in the zoo)?
Where is the zebra yard located? What type of zebra is maintained?
oh yes, thank you, a female, the other two manatee are males
i think that the park will do new area for the hippos and a savannah exhibit
is near the elephants, it's a Grant's Zebra
Does Pistoia have so much space or an expansion area now acquired?
I do hope they get more zebras and move into the ZOOM Torino style of exhbitry with their hippo marsh and savannah exhibit.
Thanks again for all the infos, nice to have some more Italian zoo forumsters.
there's a park near the zoo large like an half of the park, but i don't know if this park is propriety of the zoo
i don't know what they have in their mind
Giardino Zoologico di Pistoia:

- This year the zoo will open the new monkeys area (i don't know which monkey)
- New areas for elephants and giraffes
Zoo di Pistoia:
-It's arrived a new Brazilian Tapir (a female, now there are two females: Tulua and Nausicaa)
-They are planning to make a new Penguins area
