Ironically, the first thread for this zoo is to announce that it is closed and up for sale. Almost two and a half million dollars for a place that appears to have entirely inadequate enclosures. Seems to me it would be cheaper to build a small zoo from scratch than to take over this place and try to build it up to code.

Who do I get in contact with for buying the hoofstock?

According to the article, the realtor seems to be the only reliable point of contact. Of course there were no details about what animals they have, so I am not ever sure there is any hoofstock. But I suppose it is worth checking into, especially since you could undoubtedly give them a much better home than they have now.

Yeah I've been wanting to get into exotics (more than my bison) not as business just as pure pleasure (anyone who knows me knows I love hoofstock). Not only are Alabama's laws really strict (to protect our whitetail herd) but the dang auction prices (both white and black market) are priced me out of it as a "hobby" so closed down roadside zoos seem to be the best bet.

As it's been said before on this site, ZooChatters would most likely argue nonstop on how to run the zoo and exhibit animals.
