I currenlt have two memberships, with Taronga and Zoos Victoria so as to be able to get both zoo friends mags. I have become very disapointed with Victorias as it is simply a rehash of what is in it everytime, how wonderfully like being in Africa Werribee is a little description of melbourne and a walk through of Healesville. The main section I was reall y keen on was hatches, matches and dispatches and now they are discontinuing that. So now I'm not really keen on keeping the embership going. What do other members think of the mag? Is there anyone who is a member of Perth or Adelaides zoo friends, are their mags any good?

I think Adelaide's is quite good: "Zoo Times" covers Adelaide and Monarto.
They've recently revamped the look of it, although it's possibly a bit too glossy now (more show, less substance).
There's some good articles about some of the animals, and what's new - but a lot of it is advertising for many of their extra-curricular activities (events at the zoo). I'm not sure if it would measure up to your expectations or not.
