Anyone know where to find info on annual zoo incomes

You will find the information in the zoo's annual report, which can sometimes be found on-line.
The AZA directory will list annual budget, but that is not exactly the same as annual income and doesn't break down where the funds came from

The financial information usually isn't current but you can find non-profit organization tax returns (Form 990) on either Charity Navigator or Guidestar. Some zoos that are run by non-profits will post their financial reports on their web page somewhere (you usually have to dig around). If the zoo is run by a government agency, their latest budget can usually be found on that agency's website under budget information. While none of this information lists actual attendance usually you can see how much gate receipts were.
