Indeed, but aren't all quolls in Europe related to eachother?
Some animals have been imported in 2019, but still all zoos have received offspring from Leipzig.

Some facilities received non-breeding groups, also, Leipzig breeds them in very specific conditions which other zoos probably won't replicate, so well see what the success will be...

Indeed, they imported 3.3 individuals both in 2011 and in 2019. Quite crazy to read Leipzig bred 32 quoll in 2021, no surprises then that they need to free up some space...

According to ZTl they imported 3 pairs, but I am not sure whether more individuals have been imported more recently.

Australia has some crazy quarantine laws that pretty much make it impossible with such a short-lived animal right?

Frankfurt at least seems to have bred them successfully from time to time, according to ZTL, the newest offspring are 4 young in 2021.

The Dwarf crocodiles at Leipzig have bred again. The eggs are left in the enclosure and sofar 3 youngsters have been discovered.

A female Northern Koala (*2019) arrived from Beauval and 4 Meerkat were born.

At the start of this month 8-year old male Northern koala (Phascolarctos cinereus cinereus) Oobi Ooobi passed away.

On the first of September 3-year old female Rothschild's giraffe (Giraffa camelopardalis rothschildi) Tamika arrived from Zoo Aalborg.

More sad news, a few days ago male Western common chimpanzee (Pan troglodytes verus) Robert drowned

A Sloth was born in Gondwanland to ELFRIEDE (6) and SID (11).

A female Northern Koala (*2019) arrived from Beauval and 4 Meerkat were born.

Recently the gender of the meerkats has been revealed: 2 males and 2 females.
