I’ve been planning out for quite a while now a way to build a sandbox zoo in the game that features every animal in the game (plus potentially some modded or implied animals for anything I think is a must have that didn’t make it into the game), and for most of the entire roster this isn’t an issue, but there are some species that overlap a niche and I don’t usually see both in a single zoo so I would like some lore ideas as to why the zoo would have all of them!
Elephants
- African Savannah Elephant
- Bornean Elephant
- Indian Elephant
I know there are zoos who have mixed groups of elephants, or even the Miami zoo has both African and Asian elephants in separate parts of the zoo, but I’m struggling to wrap my head around a realistic reason that all three could be in one zoo
Apes
- Bonobos
- Western Chimpanzees
I might just not be aware of any zoos that have both, but it seems to me most zoos have one or the other
Tigers
- Bengal Tiger
- Siberian Tiger
Most zoos seem to only have one variety of tiger in my experience, so this is another one that I am unsure of a realistic reason a zoo might have both
Any suggestions/ideas are appreciated, and for those familiar with game if you have any lore ideas for any other species I would love to hear them!
