ZOO, PARK, AQUARIUM, RECUE CENTRE VISITS 2011

Carrying on from a thread by Blackduiker on the genral forumI would like to see what and where you have thought of going in 2011 my list is as follows

Dudley zoo (of course)
West Midlands Safari Park
Birmingham Nature Centre
Hagley Falconry Centre
Chester Zoo
London Zoo
Paignton Zoo
Blackpool zoo
Cotswold wildlife Park
Twycross
Sand Point National Trust just outside Weston
Longleat Safari Park
Whipsnade
Edinburgh Zoo
Highland Wildlife Park
Sandwell Valley RSPB Reserve

And as many more as I can get in this year.

These are the ones I can get too pretty easy as I have to use public transport

Lets just see which collections everyone else is going to
 
I'm going to Port Lympne an Howletts this month.
Hoping to also visit this year again,
Bristol,
Exmoor,
Cotswold,
Birdland,
New Forest,
National Marine Aquarium.

And hopefully pay first visits to,
Manor House,
Folly Farm,
Silent World,
Whipsnade,
Woburn,
Colchester,
Dudley,
Noahs Ark.
 
Hoping to get done:

The Lake District: Muncaster World Owl Trust, Lakeland Wildlife Oasis, South Lakes Wild Animal Park and the Aquarium of the Lakes.

The local Ones: Rhyl Seaquarium, Blackpool Zoo, Knowsley Safari Park, Welsh Mountain Zoo, Chester Zoo, Yorkshire Wildlife Park, Martin Mere WWT, Blue Planet Aquarium, Manchester Museum, Tropical World, Lotherton Bird Gardens, Twycross Zoo, Harewood House, Blackbrook Zoo, Trentham Monkey Forest, Gentleshaw Wildlife Centre, Palms (If its still open?), Reaseheath College (On possible open day?).

Would also like to do some on weekend trips: Bristol, Edinburgh.

And Holiday wise, around 7 in the Netherlands (Rotterdam, Burgers, Artis, Apenheul, Dolphinarium Harderwijk etc.). Doing a London/Kent Trip, in which I will hopefully do London Zoo, RSCC, Wingham Wildlife Park, Howletts Wild Animal Park.

Thats about it. Should be interesting seeing what I get done, I am quite hopeful though. :D
 
I've given up making plans. I always end up visiting places not on my list, and not visiting places that are.

Hope to do Colchester and Howletts again in 2011.
