Bornean Orangutans at Chester Zoo.
Cat-Man, the characters you are wondering about are Chester's bornean orangutans. Martha is the mother of Sariki and Leia, and Tuan and Sariki are Iznee's parents.
Interesting how you asked about the first aid shop, I was thinking about it. In a future storyline Martha will train a group of young workers to work at her 'hospital', following Chakra's death.
I think I will call the place Stretton Zoological Gardens, which went bust towards the end of the year.

My sugesttion is Simon and Sabrina the Toronto Zoo's red river hog pair. There storyline could be that since there kids just left home, they have conflicting attitudes towards haing more kids and then the story could go from there

Leia: Tuan, have you not realized yet?
Tuan: What?
Leia: I'm pregnant.
Tuan: You're pregnant! Who's the dad?
Leia: I thought you'd have figured that out.
Tuan: Just tell me!
Leia: You're the dad.
Scene 2
Set: Orangutan House
Sariki: Mum, you've got to stop being like this. There was nothing you could do!
Martha: Yes there was! I could have set up the hospital!
Sariki: Hospital?
Martha: The first aid place.
Sariki: Oh, there.
Martha: I want you working there. And Leia.
Sariki: What? Where do I find the time?
Martha: You get a babysitter.
Sariki: Who?
Martha: Tuan.
Scene 3
Set: 'Street'
Winston: You see Krugar, We're pretty useless here. No girls.
Krugar: I get your point.
Winston: A fit bloke like you should be having kids! You don't want to end up like me.
Krugar: Look at you.
Winston: Mate, get yourself out of here, mate. This place is dodgy.
Krugar: I'll think about it.
Scene 4
Set: Restaurant
Kepala: So, what qualities do you think you will give to this restaurant.
Margaret: Erm, polite, funny, everything needed to work at a place like this.
Kepala: I see. Margaret, you've got the job.
Margaret: Thank you! Thank you so much sir!
Kepala: You're welcome.
Scene 5
Set: Leopard Exhibit
Kiska: Hey, Iznee! Want a game of football?
Iznee: OK!
Mohand jr: Me and Kiska v you!
Iznee: Game on!
Kiska: And Kiska has the ball in her own half, she shoots... AND HE SCORES!
Iznee: No goal! I didn't know you'd started yet!
Kiska: You so did, you liar!
Iznee: Cheat!
(Kiska hits Iznee. Iznee starts crying and runs inside)
Kiska: Crybaby!
Scene 6
Set: Lion exhibit
Asha: Asoka. I need to tell you. My mum and dad are coming to stay.
Asoka: How long?
Asha: Until I recover.
(Knock on door)
Asha: I'll get it!
(Opens door)
Asha: Hello! Come in. Asoka, this is Jamna, my mum, and this is Midas, my dad.
Asoka: Hi.
Jamna: Dear, I'm so sorry about Chakra.
Midas: Me too dear. Such a shame, he looked like he could have grown up to be a fine lion. Better than the other pair.
Jamna: How dare they, run away like that!
Midas: I know, how awful!
Jamna: Anyway, how are you dear?
Asha: Devastated. How would you feel?
Jamna: Exactly the same dear, like when Devika died.
Asha: Is everyone dying at the moment? It'll be Sohan next.
Asoka: What about me? I haven't got any parents and my siblings have disappeared!
Asha: You should be upset! Our son's died!

Some of you may have noticed my episode is late. Unfortunately I didn't have time yesterday due to by busy schedule. But the episode is ready to be published.
Another point, as pointed out by Marwell Dalek, Leopard cub Kiska is female. I have since edited the episode, but will now have to carry her on as a 'tomboy'. She and her family may depart in the next few episodes.

Only Cat-Man guessed the new character. He was incorrect, though I do plan to bring a Komodo dragon into the soap in the near future...

Set: 'Street'
Winston: Hey Krugar! Did you hear? There's a new bloke. Spectacled bear. So they say.
Krugar: Wicked.
Winston: You been thinking about moving?
Krugar: Yeah. I'm staying for now. See how it goes.
Winston: Come on mate! You got to get yourself out here!
Krugar: It's my life, so I'll decide what I do with it!
Winston: Woah, calm down mate, I'm not trying to be mean!
Krugar: Shut up!
(Krugar walks off)
Winston: What's the matter with you?
Scene 2
Set: Spectacled bear enclosure
(New character humming whilst unpacking. Loja walks in)
Loja: Hello, who are you, what do you want?
New Character: Sangay. I want to start a new life here. I like it.
Loja: Really? Why don't you tell me before you move into my home?
Sangay: There are two bedrooms, Why not?
Loja: Because it's my place.
Sangay: It's just as much mine as it is yours. It's owned by the local men.
Loja: True. I guess you can stay for a while.
Scene 3
Set: Lion Enclosure
Jamna: Well dear. It's been good to see you, I can tell you're getting a bit better now.
Asha: Thanks mum, I think I am.
Midas: We'd like to stay a bit longer though.
Jamna: I actually quite like it here, we could move in with you, couldn't we?
Asha: Sure, that would be fine!
Midas: That's my girl.
Scene 4
Set: Spectacled Bear Enclosure
Sangay: Yes, good.
Loja: I have to say, you're being quite polite about this.
Sangay: As always. I am what I am!
Loja: You had been quite polite. You're now being arrogant.
Sangay: Sorry Miss!
Loja: Shut up!
Scene 5
Set: Lion Enclosure (Indoors)
Asoka: Asha. Your parents can't stay.
Asha: Why not?
Asoka: I can't bear them!
Asha: How dare you insult my parents!
Asoka: But they're embarrassing- seriously!
Asha: Fine then! I'll tell them that they can't stay. They won't be happy.
Asoka: As long as they're out.
