Unfortunately, abilene zoo ferret died a while back. If you're not visiting until next summer, its possible they could have another one but its doubtful. The ocelot is also off exhibit due to construction on a madagascar expansion (will have fossa, lemurs, tenrec, birds, and reptiles). Some other uncommon to rare (at least in us zoos) species they have are secretary birds, maned wolves, and guyana toucanet. They also have whooping cranes if houston fell through.
Going on your list, dallas zoo is probably my personal favorite because of the lemur exhibit, walk through aviaries, and just size in general.
