Usually I to visit the zoo on Christmas eve, but the 18th was the closest to Christmas that I could go to.
Some of my observations:
-Arctic Wolves were VERY vocal, lots of interactions. In all the years I have been going to the zoo, this was probably the best time I've seen them. They were also very bold, coming right up to the fence with no signs of shyness.
-Likewise, lots of Polar Bear interactions.
-Prehensile Tailed Porcupines were very active; moving them to the old Barred Owl exhibit was a great decision
-Got to see Ngozi's and Charles' baby for the first time; what a cutie!
-Only animals out in the Savannah today were the hyenas and the Sable
-Clouded Leopard proved to be photogenic for me
Took lots of pictures, expect them soon
