Slowing down there a bit?
Yeah, it’s been a bit of a struggle the last couple of days. A lot of the targets don’t wanna play ball and being in the same habitat means less and less new incidental sightings of other lifers.

Reactions: MRJ
An enjoyably jam-packed three-ish days of zoo-nerding in Vienna and Bratislava produced a few additions - Hooded Crows are bountiful in the region, and the ponds and moats of Schoenbrunn produced the expected frog and rather less expected snake - making this the first year of counting that I have seen both of the newly-split N. natrix and N. helvetica. And, while this trip didn't include as much of a rodent safari as my last visit to Vienna, we did manage a quick hamster look at Meidling.
