Went to Olmense zoo today, and was able to add some more species :D

You should restrict this topic for only reptiles seen in Belgium and The Netherlands, because Germany probably has more reptile species that UK. According to number of zoos, and most certantly number of animals and species (for example numberS of both African bush and Asian elephants), Germany is on the top in Europe, and the second in world after US.
 
I feel it's a bit too late to still do that now, to be honest. The rules were set clearly in the beginning, and seeing as some people have visited German zoos and added species of them on their lists, it wouldn't be evident to remove them again.

The reason the UK isn't a part of this competition isn't because of the large amount of reptiles, btw, but more because of the fact that it isn't a neighboring country, thus harder to reach. For some people living in the Netherlands close to the border, German zoos are their "local" zoos, so they shouldn't be excluded in my opinion.

Yesterday I've visited Safaripark Beekse Bergen and only 1 reptile-species is kept there, however a species still not on my 2016-list so I can add it now :

Visited Pairi Daiza today, was able to add quite some species to the list. They have a really impressive collection, though signage isn't always that clear. These did have signage, a follow-up list with things I couldn't immediately identify will come soon.

Had a quick visit to Nausicaá today, and while not enormous they did have some reptiles;

Yeah I do, here it is; http://i.imgur.com/JwpcNSZ.jpg

They were around 30-40cm long, there were only 2, and as seen they had very thick white rings, unlike any other tortoise species listed on ZTL. The only things that come close are maybe aldabra giant tortoises, but they have much thinner white lines when young and as small as these 2.
 
^Fixed, apparently they were juvenile Galapagos giant tortoises xD

Anyways, visited Zie-ZOO friday (moreso for the carnivore evening, at which they showed their Marsh mongoose), and saw one more species! :D

Still have to work out the species-list of species seen at Serpentarium Blanckenberge , SeaLife Blanckenberge and some German collections but from my visit last weekend to Wildland Adventure Zoo in Emmen I can add 1 new species :

Hoping to add 2 new species to my list last weekend by visiting Artisklas in Haarlem last weekend. They are the only keeper o Common wall lizards and European grass snakes in the Netherlands but I had bad luck. The European grass snakes were behind the scenes because they are still to small ( and are not growing as fast as expected ) and the Common wall lizards found it not sunny enough to show themselfs so for the moment my toatal number still stays 148 :(.

A nice number of new species but even so I missed 2 species ( Oustalet's and Meller's chameleon ). Don't know what happened with those 2 species ( sold, behind the scenes or died ?? ) because Vision saw them both on his visit 2 months earlier.
