A rather unplanned visit to Vogelpark Ruinen brought some good species to a dreary afternoon. I'm not sure what to think of the facility yet. It is clearly a passion project, but the quality of the enclosures leaves a lot to be desired.

I went on a trip to Scotland, so a must visit to Edinburgh Zoo! On my way there, I also visited a farm with some exotic animals, so I assume this counts as well? Only one species added though…

These wouldn't count I'm afraid, just on the fact of it now really being a zoo! But I hope you had a good time at the Highland Games anyway!
