Hello everyone! Sorry for the lack of answers on the questions presented, I just returned home from a nearly month-long trip (Jan. 2-24).

As mentioned by Jay marsupials don't count, Dingos/New Guinea Singing Dog can be counted once as Canis dingo, and yes Disney's Animal Kingdom counts as it is a public zoological collection as well as a theme park (the lodge would also count, though not sure if they have anything other than ungulates and ostrich there.

Surprised to see that the Beijing Zoo only has one Carnivore I've not seen! Also, no cats?

~Thylo
Which one?
@Deer Forest will correct me if I'm wrong, but lion and tiger were off-site due to renovations, Cheetah, Jaguar, Leopard, Caracal and Leopard cat were off-show due to cold weather and lynx were unseen.
An impressive collection, but as you say in breadth not depth.

Just the Masked Palm Civet. I'm sure some of those are subspecies I've not seen but all the others I've seen at species level.

When I was there (in September 2013) they also had Raccoon Dog and Hog Badger.

The Felid House had external cages for Pallas' Cat, Caracal, and Leopard Cat. Can you enter the house now, or is it still locked up? I don't recall Lynx.

What do you think of Beijing Zoo in general - I don't think you've written anything about it?

Apparently the Felid House has been locked for a long time, but on our visit almost every House was closed, apparently due to heating problems but there were doubts. This meant we didn't see almost half the collection, although because it was my second visit this didn't sting too much, and having Deer Forest meant there were things I didn't miss that I had previously.

The snub- nosed monkey complex is the jewel in the crown, (although curiously currently missing Goldens), if the whole zoo was like that in terms of exhibit quality and interest level of species it would be fantastic. But it's not. Most of the exhibits are small and barren, although on a freezing morning anything that was outside was pretty lively. So, so much of it needs replacing or updating. I'd like to see the Beijing government build a new zoo on fresh land, but do it themselves and not have it be one of these commercial parks that so often seem terrible in China. The old Beijing Zoo could then focus on Chinese native species.

The door of Felid House would never open. Actually there is only one enclosure for public inside it, so nothing to expect.

And if we overlook the second floor from the hill near by, sometimes we can see Lynx or leopard.

No Pallas cat now. Leopard and leopard cat are in bad condition now.

To be brief, the Felid House is a failure, for both the animals and the visitors.

And that's probably most of my list for the year. All except a handfull of the remaining "get-able" species are spread rather thin in the Netherlands, so the number of species to add is directly linked to the number of zoos I visit.
