Did you not see the Madagascar Green-Pigeons?

~Thylo

Just looked over my pictures and I did see 2 of them in an outdoor aviary. Idk why I did not add them to my database. Thanks for the catch though. So that puts me at 37 birds.

I did not spend much time at Riverbanks as I was time limited so I missed a few species I would have wished to see. Guess thats a reason to go back in the future :D

Yes, it is an error. For some reason I thought that it was the same species as Ptilinopus pulchellus so I didn't count it. Thanks for catching that.

Question: What species (possibly more than one) of Galapagos tortoise are kept at San Diego Zoo? I've seen people update their reptile lists with more species of tortoise and, after seeing many tortoises at San Diego, would need clarification on their identities.

San Diego claims to have becki, guentheri, porteri, vandenburghi, vicina, and a couple unknown but pure animals. I think the identification of the vandenburghi has been questioned and it might be a different taxa, though @jayjds2 could possibly clarify on the confusion a bit.

Thanks. I'll wait for their clarification before the species list is revised.
