I've gone for Nuremberg, simply because everything I've heard about Valencia is awful!

In terms of collection Valencia trumps Nuremberg big time on primates, but the Gorilla and Chimpanzee lawns are pretty bad. On the other hand Nuremberg has some of the very best carnivore enclosures in Europe with their Yellow-throated marten and Fishing cat enclosures as well as 2 huge Sea lion enclosures.
