I checked Wikipedia’s list of birds of Himalayas and wasn’t able to find and birds with its own genus.
Fair enough, but the Wikipedia article describes its distribution as Eastern Himalayas and South East Asia. For a further clue, the specific epithet in its Scientific Name suggests (incorrectly) that you might find it on Taiwan.....
