Greetings

The old zoohistory.co.uk website is down today.

This does not relate to any changes we have been making nor to the development of our replacement site (due this spring). We have made our service provider aware that we are concerned by this unscheduled outage.

I will post on this chain when the service is resumed. We also have a circulation list for such notifications. Please drop me a PM if you wish to be added to this list.

Regards, Paul M, joint webmaster The Bartlett Society.

Has the list of British first breedings been updated yet and is it available to view?

I discussed the first breeding list with Rob yesterday. Whilst he and Alan are now more content with the revised format they still have concerns as to the amount of missing data. Alan is currently working on a project relating to Bristol Zoo. Once his work there is complete they will be discussing how to progress this project towards completion. Several society members - myself included - are eager to see this document once more. Hopefully we can then all contribute towards finding some of the missing information.

Greetings

We are back. :D

This time using Google Sites so security and maintenance is no longer our concern. We can focus on developing the content.

The design and redevelopment has been a true Society effort within over a dozen members making a significant contribution.

You can even now join The Bartlett Society on-line using PayPal. ;)

Regards, Paul M.
