Zoos in Harbin

Does anybody know about the zoos in Harbin? Google map shows among Siberian Tiger Park, Polarland and Beifang Forest Zoo some zoo in Culture Park and Benxiong Paradise. Any information?

My friend recently sent me some photos from the tiger park. They have 10+ tigers in what looks like a large, well tree-ed enclosure. If you have more specific questions I'm happy to ask her.
 
Hi, you probably understood wrong my question. There is no lack of information about a tiger park, polarland and forest zoo. So my question was related to both zoo in Culture Park and Benxiong Paradise. Any information about these zoos? Do they exist?
 
And Ben Xiong park,literally translate as "Stupid Bear Park", is a children park located inside of Sun island park, and there are NO animals in there.
