Zoos in Tasmainia

Could anyone give us a review on any of the Zoos/wildlife parks in Tasmania or download some photos? I hope to go there some time this year (no fixed plans yet) and I find the websites are rather lacking in decent information and photos.....(thinking of Tasmainia Zoo in Launceston in particular) I would really like to know more before I go - can any one help?

My suggestion is to search this Forum specifically for those zoos you are interested in visiting. Pretty much all of the zoos have been reviewed in the past couple years, many with their own stand-alone threads.

You should be able to find photos when you click the 'Gallery' tab up top.

i can find bits on ZooDoo, but only ocasional mentions of Tasmainia Zoo... any one shed any more light on this place?
