The range of this species extends throughout the Himalayas from northwest India to northern Myanmar and adjacent south-central China, and from here south into northern Indochina and south-east China.

Rufous-throated Partridge (Arborophila rufogularis)
The range of this species extends throughout the Himalayas from northwest India to northern Myanmar and adjacent south-central China, and from here patchily throughout eastern and western Indochina.
