Tucuxi were kept at Munster until relatively recently. Helmeted hornbill has been held at Walsrode and London a long time ago.
I know Monterey used to have them, but now I can only think of Mandalay Bay Aquarium having them in Vegas.
There are Muricella paraplectana at Steinhart Aquarium, but I don't know if they're on exhibit, this is based off of this article.

Last visit early 2020 and I didn't see them but I have heard of behind the scenes breeding success. I could have missed them easily since there are so many small aquariums in Steinhart.
Tucuxi or at least Guiana dolphin (Sotalia guianensis) are kept at Acuario Rodadero in Santa Marta, Colombia.

As far as public collections go:
Hawaiian Crow is kept at Pana'ewa Rainforest Zoo.
No Hawaiian honeycreepers are kept.
New Caledonian Crow is kept by Nouméa Zoo.

Yes, SNZ used to keep Iiwi at least, possibly others. I know Philidelphia had one species recently too, I forget which one. They used to be in Hawaiian collections, too. There just aren't any captive Hawaiian honeycreepers on public display now.
Hawai'i Amakihi was kept by Philadelphia until August 2014 when they last female died. I managed to see her roughly a month beforehand.

I don't know about Southern, but Bluefin Tuna of some type have been kept at Monterey Bay and some Japanese aquariums, so I don't think keeping Southern would be too difficult. Maybe slightly different water conditions or temperatures, but otherwise it should be possible.
Adelaide Zoo keeps Malleefowl (or at least kept it at my visit in 2018).

Apparently three of the four salamander species are (or at least have been) held in several university labs, and some wild-caught individuals occasionally make their way into the hands of hobbyists. I'm not aware of any zoo collections you can see 'em at, though you can view Idaho giant salamanders at occasional open days hosted by the NNU Herpetology Lab.
Tailed frogs are also kept in labs (i.e. Washington State).

Turtle Bay Exploration Park previously held Dicamptodon tenebrosus for several years. It was the aquatic form.
I don't know about Cuban or Tropical Gar but lots of aquariums have "local" areas with fish native to that region. Shedd and the Tennessee Aquariums are two that spring to mind when talking about these; they have darters and I believe some of the other species you mention.
