I think the Tsushima large field mouse is from Nagoya. I've seen them there. Japanese water shrew should be in Tama.
On a related note: Do any zoos hold Cuban Crocodiles? I think the National Zoo had them at one point in time.
In America, only Bronx, Louisville, and Smithsonian have them, at least as far as I know.
Does St. Augustine not have them? They bill themselves as having every crocodilian species (although this was before a major taxonomic revision).
I haven't seen one either. I've only seen Red-necked and Tammar Wallabies.
The Cape May County Park Zoo used to have them. You can find it in the media page for them. In more recent years the same exhibit housed Chinese Alligators, but I believe now it's empty.
Los Angeles has the yellow-footed rock wallaby, and San Diego used to have it; not sure if they still do.

Yeah they're very rare in North America, Toronto is the the only holder I believe.
They're pretty common in Europe though, Zootierliste lists 50 holders of the species.
Yup, I also heard about Lion-tailed macaques and White-headed vultures being more common in Europe as well, despite both species being on phase-out here
Quite a few other species fit this description as well; Brazilian Tapir, Asiatic Black Bear, Blesbok, etc.
