I think the Tsushima large field mouse is from Nagoya. I've seen them there. Japanese water shrew should be in Tama.

In America, only Bronx, Louisville, and Smithsonian have them, at least as far as I know.
The Cape May County Park Zoo used to have them. You can find it in the media page for them. In more recent years the same exhibit housed Chinese Alligators, but I believe now it's empty.

At least for U.S. Zoochatters...

Fish
Mangarahara cichlid- Toronto

Reptiles
Tzabcan rattlesnake- Crococun (could be more common in the private sector in the U.S., I'm not sure however)
Yellow-lipped sea krait- Toledo

Birds
Resplendent quetzal- Xcaret
White-headed vulture- Toledo

Mammals
Commerson's dolphin- Aquatica Orlando
Guatemalan black howler- Xcaret
Yucatan brocket deer- Xcaret

I've seen other species that many probably haven't seen, however I was either too young to remember or was before I kept track of the species I've seen (ex. finless porpoise, harp seal, etc).

Jurong Bird Park yielded a lot of species not kept or rare in the West. The most notable would be the Philippine Eagle.

In the US Yellow-Crowned Gonolek is only at Central Park Zoo, but 3 locations in Germany plus private collections have it.
