Are These in Captivity?

Its a movie reference from the film "Taxi driver" like the shrimp references before.

Don't take it so personally @CheeseChameleon2007 as it was for both you and @lowland anoa because of the similarity of your conversation to that iconic scene.... and remember it is all tongue in cheek and good natured joking around so stop taking everything so seriously. ;) :p
Its all good :),

Are there any frigatebirds in zoos? And is there someplace where I can find all animals that are at the Toledo Zoo right now because I never know what’s in the aviaries
I would imagine only in sanctuaries based around coastal areas where these birds get injured etc.
There are two holders of frigatebirds in the US - Sea Life Park Hawaii keeps Great Frigatebird and Texas State Aquarium keeps Magnificent.

My 2019 Toledo Zoo review has an almost complete list of the zoo's exhibits as of then, only the reptile house is missing: Birdsandbats' Toledo Zoo Review (including new Promedica Mueseum of Natural History) [Toledo Zoo]
And are there any Pesquet’s Parrots in U.S zoos?
Toledo keeps them at least.

- Skuas?
- Vangas?
- Swallows?
- Mako Sharks?
- Swordfish/Marlin?
- Gannets?
- Albatross? (anyone other than the Laysan at Monterey Bay Aquarium)

Skuas?
Not that I'm currently aware, they have been kept occasionally.

Sickle-billed Vanga has been kept in Europe until a few years ago; I think there's some vangas kept in Madagascar.

Swallows?
Sporadic rescues, I don't think there's any long-term holdings though. Their arial lifestyle and insect diet make them difficult captives.

Mako Sharks?
No successful attempts to my knowledge, as with most oceanic sharks.

Swordfish/Marlin?
Not that I'm aware of. Wouldn't surprise me if an Asian aquarium or two have them or have attempted them.

A handful of zoos in Europe have them, including successful breeding.

Albatross? (anyone other than the Laysan at Monterey Bay Aquarium)
I've heard of another Laysan in Japan, but I have never heard any specifics.
