I doubt that Attenborough has a problem with raptors that cannot survive in the wild.
Last time I was there the Seattle zoo had a raptor show. It wasn't one of those where the birds push little baby carriages and such, but they demonstrate some wild behaviors. I recall hawks and owls. They may have others in the show and they do have raptors on display. I don't remember whether these, too, were unable to survive in the wild.
I think it is pretty common for there to be falconry shows / educational displays at zoos using hawks, owls, eagles and even vultures but I've never heard of shows using raptors to push baby carriages
I know this kind of thing is done with shows at zoos that involve parrots like macaws and cockatoos though.
