Ok thank you for confirming this.
At the end of 2020, it was once said that Einga-Tha (11 years) would move to another zoo in 2021, but I have heard nothing more about that and he is still in Emmen. I don't know anything about the other bulls. With all of the Radza boys at Emmen, does anyone know when the oldest will be entering a breeding program?
Thanks.

Hopefully he will have a chance to mate with Kungrao, Surin, and Maha KumariPer their Instagram Copenhagen has announced that Fahim will be moving to them temporarily.
From the sound of their IG post he is just moving till his new home is ready not on a breeding recommendation. The post specifically states he's there till his new home is ready to accommodate him and then they will move him out and bring in their new breeding male. If I'm not mistaken he's currently at Rotterdam, leaving me to believe that all their females are now pregnant and they just need room for now till the two destined for the US leave some time next year.Hopefully he will have a chance to mate with Kungrao, Surin, and Maha Kumari
Tom was supposed to move there. But maybe the move was delayed. I would also like to know why Fahim can't travel straight to Lodz, why he has to be in Copenhagen for a while.I think the zoo where Fahim is supposed to go after Copenhagen is Lodz, as it is mentionned that he will move to Poland. I also know that one of the sons of Radza will move in Lodz, but I don't exactly know who. Wasn't Tom from Le Pal supposed to move there this summer ?

I agree, the entire situation with Lodz is somewhat unusual, they've had Alexander for some time now yet drag their feet on the other bulls. Lodz received Alexander over four months ago, and he is still alone at this time. At least Fahim makes sense if they were waiting to confirm that he got all the cows pregnant, but for the younger bulls that aren't in breeding situations, it makes no sense.
In comparison, Gyor, also a bachelor holding facility, but with no prior elephant experience, also in "eastern" Europe, they received three bulls in a span of 12 days, and a fourth a few months later.
Oh well, either way, Lodz will be full of Bachelor bulls soon enough either way!
They don't really need a bull for atleast another year or two as Bangka just had a calf this year and Faya is already pregnant.Quick question but after Fahim leaves Copenhagen for Lodz which Bull will they receive, and it has been confirmed that Trong Nhi and Nhi Linh will head to Smithsonian National Zoo
I have a feeling that Tonsak will once again head to Copenhagen, I could be worng and another bull is Ming Jung, or RajendraEDIT: I just realized you meant Copenhagen, in that case I'm not sure. Hopefully a genetically valuable bull arrives soon as the cows are quite valuable for the population.
