There was no real reference to 'Medieval stuff' in the files specifically, just pieces that were seemingly based around general urban themes, and a piece that was labelled under a 'EU_' codename. Barebones bird AI was also found in the files that led people to believe that it was a first glimpse at entirely new bird AI for an Aviary Pack, but was later found to just be the leftover code from Planet Coaster's free-roaming pigeons. That's the most recent instance of PlanCo's files being carried over and causing issues in the community.
 
hey guys, i just saw the animal rooster about the planet zoo's animals, and i saw something saying european pack, so this made me think that still this year or at least in 2022 maybe in january of februay we will get the european pack, i don't know if it is correct or not, i still believe we will get an aviary pack.
 
I looked on the Planet Zoo Wikipedia page the other day under "Development and Release" section, and listed are all the current DLC's but what else I noticed listed were some possible DLC's for the game but I guess someone has edited the page and written any random DLC's the game could get.

This is just someone editing the page publicly, as Wikipedia allows users to. The person that did so does this sort of thing often (making up DLC ideas and passing them off as official things, be it on the game's official forums, YouTube comments and videos, Wikipedia, etc.). Short of it is that it means nothing, though.

This person is known as George Boggs, he made an aquarium pack at the price of 999$, also he created a lot of personas so if he ever gets banned he can come back with another account: it has to be said though that he has some kind of mental illness so it's kinda justified and as long as he hurts nobody it'll just be annoying
 
hey guys good morning, i saw on planet zoo account that we will get new restaurants as a free update, but there are many speculations that this might be a hint for the new dlc, so many people are speculating that we will get an european pack, but i still believe we will get an aviary pack since we need more birds in the game, and i would like to see these european animals in the game:
Alpine Ibex
Eurasian or Iberian Lynx
European Badger
Mute Swan
Wisent
Red Deer
Barbary Macaque
Fire Salamander
 
hey guys, remember george boggs? so, looks like he replied me in reddit saying his edition belonged to him and he said those editions were his 6 animal pack,i think he really needs to stop doing these things.

I advise you to not further engage with him. You will end up prodding him regardless of your intentions.
 
I actually would like to see a good few more African and Asian antelope, deer and cattle species added as I would really like to build a safari park.

I do think we will still get a Europe DLC, and hopefully Aviaries (birds like cranes, storks, pelicans, ibis etc).

We shall soon see what the next DLC will be and what species will be added.
 
More information has just been released about update 1.8, coming on December 14th. As well as restaurants, there will also be:

- Shop counters (allowing the creation of new shops without the surrounding building)
- Animal memorials
- Placeable burrows (which automatically aligns to the terrain, allows animals to give birth inside them and has an internal camera that can be viewed through the info panels and via billboards)

Update 1.8 coming to Planet Zoo, 14 December ️

The latter I think is particularly interesting - I'm imagining some European badgers in an artificial burrow.

There will also be a live stream on Twitch and YouTube at 17:00 GMT which might be worth watching - the last stream prior to the North American Animal Pack revealed the beaver.

Don't the new packs usually have a variety of different kinds of animals? It would be weird if they added to new mustelids. Although I'm not complaining since I would love to see badgers, wolverines and martens in the game.
