Miami maintains a number of animals off-exhibit, as do all zoos. Not being on-exhibit ≠ not kept by the zoo. Quite a number of zoos keep and breed duikers off-exhibit.

I figured as much hence why I said not on exhibit. I usually look at species lists to determine where I may get to see a rare animal so when there is no mention that the animal is bts I like to point that out just because it would stink if someone was planning on going there just to see that rarity only to get disappointed.
Animals get moved on and off exhibit all the time. With that many listings, adding in whether they were on or off exhibit at that moment was further work that seemed pointless because it could change so quickly. I expect anyone going somewhere to try and verify things before they visit just to see a few animals.
Grant's Farm keeps Blackbuck.
Wildwood Wildlife Park does not keep Mountain Goat but does keep Bighorn Sheep. I'm assuming that listing was just a mix-up?
I can confirm DeYoung keep European Mouflon.
Shamba Safari does not keep Aoudad.
I can confirm Grant's Farm keeps Red Deer. Shalom Wildlife Zoo possibly does as well.
ASDM's White-tailed Deer are the distinctive Coue's subspecies. I'm not sure any other zoos keep that subspecies. And isn't there a zoo in Florida with Key Deer?

Yes, ZooTampa at Lowry Park used to be the only AZA holder of Key Deer. They've since been taken off exhibit and I'm not sure if they still have them, @SwampDonkey might know more details.
Grant's no longer has blackbuck or zebra. They completely changed business model a year or two ago and now only have a few species of deer/native hoofstock. I'm not sure they'll even be keeping those.
At this point I don't know where the listing for mountain goat came from. They're already under bighorn.
Shamba should still have a whole herd of aoudad, unless they sent them to the other park?
I didn't do white-tail subspecies, I usually forgot to note if it was one, but a few places keep Coue's and I think I came across two or three small places in FL with key deer.

No sign of Aoudad at Shamba last summer and they don't have any bts space (at least, none on site). I didn't see any Banteng then either, but they were at least signed (unlike Aoudad).
I have a friend who visited Shamba over the summer and reported seeing a Banteng.

No Cuvier’s for Living Desert, the last pair were sent to Larry Johnson last spring.

No Speke’s for San Antonio.
No gerenuk for Peoria or Phoenix.
No bongo for Nashville -- their herd was sent to the Audubon Species Survival Center.
Bongo for Aggieland, Ft. Worth, Chahinkapa.
Lowland nyala for Audubon Zoo.
Kordofan aoudad for Timbavati.
Transcaspian urial for St. Louis.
Tufted deer for Akron.
No musk deer for Columbus.
Musk deer confirmed for Dakota.
Gemsbok confirmed for Lion Country.
Hartebeest at Lion Country has, indeed, passed.
Fringe-eared oryx is noticeably missing -- North Carolina, SDZSP, The Wilds, Virginia Safari
Dik-dik confirmed for Phoenix.
Uganda kob for Rum Creek.
No Nile lechwe for Ft Worth or Tampa.
Nile lechwe for Montgomery, Hemker, and Virginia Safari.

Smithsonian National Zoo no longer has dama gazelle or red river hogs, but now has addax.
Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute has Hartmann's mountain zebra and their website lists them as having American bison, but I don't know if that is accurate or not.

Do we know for sure both species are gone and not coming back? I updated my post above to include those changes. I'd been waiting on confirmation for the removals. For the addax, I tend to forget to update "my" zoos

The addax (& now ostrich) live in the old gazelle/oryx exhibit, so it seems they replaced them, especially since both species have also been gone for roughly a year now.
They could totally plan to get more red river hogs, but they did completely remove their signage so I'd guess they wont for a bit.
I saw the hogs in February, they definitely have not been gone for a year.
