Moyo already has a transfer recommendation and a breeding rec. at his new zoo and will most likely be leaving the zoo fairly soon.

Why are you so sure the WildCare Park will have Black Rhino? It’s quite unlikely really, like @Zoofan15 said, black rhino do not really do well in mixed-species safari park like settings. If the park is going to hold another rhino species, GOHR are much more likely to be kept at the park over Black since they’ve been much more successful in large mixed-species habitats (such as at the Wilds and SDZSP).

I went on Monday and did not see him. Strange, because I spent pretty much the whole day in Red Rocks trying to get photos of the Amur leopard cubs. I'm a little mad at myself for not straying a little further away from the leopards so I could have seen him. What enclosure is he in? Is he replacing anything?

He is in one of the far back enclosures behind the giraffes, near the Soemmerring’s gazelles, saddle-billed storks, kudus, wallabies and red kangaroos.
 
Moyo, a 5-year old Eastern Black Rhino, was transferred to Birmingham Zoo on June 11th. The zoo is left with 1.1 rhinos, his parents Ruka and Kati Rain.

Saint Louis Zoo on Instagram: "Male black rhinoceros Moyo (MOY-oh) arrived safely at Birmingham Zoo in Alabama on Saturday, June 11. The move was based on a breeding recommendation by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA). Moyo is a five-year-old male black rhino. He was born at the Zoo on May 17, 2017, to mother Kati Rain and father Ajabu (ah-JAH-boo). He was the second black rhino to be born at the Zoo in 26 years and only the 10th in Saint Louis Zoo history. Moyo was selected for this move through the AZA Species Survival Plan for black rhinos, a conservation breeding program that manages a genetically healthy population of this species in North American zoos. He will be joined by a female black rhino in hopes of growing and strengthening the population in the future. His care team and the whole Zoo misses him, but we are also excited for this new chapter. He is an important part of the survival of his species, and he is doing great at Birmingham Zoo!"

Yay!!! What has their been in recent years for births in the Urial SSP? Just the few at Utica, or is their another breeding facility I'm not aware of?

The San Diego Zoo Safari Park has, unsurprisingly, been the main breeder of the species in recent years. With little instutional interest, breeding there has slowed, and a lot of the stock has been moved out into the private sector/non-AZA facilities, where they are quite common. The SDZSP still have 8.13, even with the controlled breeding. The only other urial in an accredited facility are the 1.2 at the Dakota Zoo.

So a total of four accredited zoos keeping the species? I wish this number would increase, as they're one of my favorite species.

Their website claims they have them, but on all my recent visits I have only seen rhinoceros hornbills.

I went today and only saw rhinoceros hornbills in the Bird House. The Bird Garden didn't have any hornbills. They may just be temporarily off exhibit though because their were several vacant habitats.
