I finally got round to sorting out the rest of my trips this year. Had a big slowdown in the second half of the year, but did see some awesome species in Singapore!

Great list @migdog ! Are there any other intresting "non-European" rarities you saw in Singapore, apart from Proboscis monkey? Have you seen the Colugos?

I was trying to workout how I had counted 64 entries and I had 65 on this chart; turns out I had both Fennec Fox and Barn Owl as number 33. One other slight mistake was that on my list 40.Jaguar (or 39.Jaguar as I had put it) is listed as a second Jaguarundi, I'm sure this doesn't matter too much though.ZooChat Challenge Global 2022 - Tracker

Thanks @twilighter! Singapore was amazing, I would recommend going! The proboscis monkeys were the stand out though it was raining heavily when we first got to the park so they were hiding but they were more visible in the afternoon. We saw a few wild colugos, the first one we saw was actually in Singapore zoo. There were a few rarities like the hog badger and civet that were awesome, along with the Phillipine eagle.

Yes, there were a few mistakes I had to sort through from multiple participants, so the spreadsheet should be the correct list for everyone. Re. jaguar would be my bad, as it auto filled jaguarundi as I typed in jaguar.
Last input on the way back to Oslo. Nice species in a nice place.

I was hoping for at least one trip before New Year but owing to illness it looks like my 2022 has come to an end!
For the record I did have plans for Chester on Thursday (just for the pygmy mice and Acacia rat for the challenge) but I just don't have the energy...

Zoo Barcelona, Spain, 24/05/22

During that day I ended up in Barcelona for a few hours to visit the Zoo Barcelona for a while. I managed one tick. It was my first visit to this zoo and I was suprised that it is a very nice zoo and I hope to go back one day.

Gotta be said though, first trip of 2023 is likely to be Drayton Manor or WMSP so depending on what the challenge is they may not be so fruitful...
